I evolved chancy from happiny and it's happiness level was at max. When i got chance to evovle chancy into blissy, i sttoped the evolution. Now i am leveled up chancy but no evolution occured. Is there any way to evolve chancy.

You can log out and log in again and Chansey should be able to evolve into Blissey upon level up. If this does not work, let Chansey faint once, then keep fighting pokemon until you can evolve it again :)

Just try to let it faint 1 time, then log out, close your Client for about 30 secs, log back in, heal up and then lvl it up again. That should usually fix the Problem. Please let me know if the problem was solved.
