I did try to teach TM thief to my pikachu but couldn't learn at all (no response), So, I thought there will be other way to teach it so I dragged the TM to my pikachu at the most of top left... Click on your pikachu and check the little box on the top right of the Pokemon info. Norex Posted August 16, 2020 Share Posted August 16, 2020 Thats because Pikachu cannot learn Thief in Gen7.
