I'm jud210 and just a newbie to this game.

 

I did try to teach TM thief to my pikachu but couldn't learn at all (no response),

So, I thought there will be other way to teach it so I dragged the TM to my pikachu at the most of top left...

And well.. my TM just gone... please restore it! I already bought 100coin on this account for a mount!

 

I don't want to delete this game.

Did you check if your Pikachu is holding the TM now?

Click on your pikachu and check the little box on the top right of the Pokemon info.

Btw, I can't teach TM theif to my pikachu again. When I just click the TM and select Pikachu, Just nothing happens and pokemon select window closes.

Thats because Pikachu cannot learn Thief in Gen7. Pikachu is able to learn Thief in Gen8, as PRO is using Gen7 Data its unable to learn Thief.
