Hi there,

I was having a quite awkward moment when doing reroll on my Landorus and I hope you guys can help me a hand to fix this. For detail, while looking at the IV Preview for the new Landorus, I accidentally clicked on the button "2" on the keyboard, and that means a " No" on the task " Do you want to keep the new IVs", therefore I ended up having the old one.

I know this might be the weirdest request have ever made, but still hoping there's a way to make it up.

I am really sorry but we can not refund that Reroll :-/ It would be unfair to all the other players that got declined so far. Again I am sorry there isn't anything I can do for you and I really hope you understand.
