Norex Posted September 14, 2020 Share Posted September 14, 2020 (edited) Happiness simply doesnt show on linked pokemon but its still full happiness. Thats not the problem for the quest though. You get the mega bracelet from the NPC in the vermillion library and not from Oak. Try to talk to that NPC and you should get the mega bracelet to do quests to get mega stones. Also if by "prof." you meant that NPC I am talking about, you need to get maximum EVs. Maximum EVs is 510, so you are still missing 130 EVs to be fully trained.
