Expand Celadon item buyer (cosmetics)

Pretty straight forward, allow us to turn in cosmetics earned from bosses. Such as the logan mask which is not tradable, and to a lesser extent pink winter clothes which lorelei gives out like candy.

+1, but I feel like this should only apply for untradable cosmetics from bosses. Getting multiple of the same untradable cosmetic as a rare reward from a drop doesnt feel good.

Or just a wild idea here, make all boss rewards trade able. But I do think being able to trade in the untradable ones would be good
