Norex Posted September 21, 2020 Share Posted September 21, 2020 Thats most likely not a bug because Stuntanks ability stench gives it a 10% chance to flinch with moves that usually dont have a chance to flinch. Kagegod Posted September 23, 2020 Share Posted September 23, 2020 Hello @weavile1234, Like Norex mentioned, the Skuntank must have had the Stench ability, which quoting from https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Stench_(Ability): Quote Stench has a 10% chance of making the target flinch when hit by a damaging move used by the Pokémon with this Ability.
