sucker punch bug

yesterday i was doing sinnoh story .i was in a fight with galactic grunt at mount coronet whenever his skuntank use sucker punch my pokemon flinched .i forgot to take the screenshot .hopefully this bug can be fixed.

Thats most likely not a bug because Stuntanks ability stench gives it a 10% chance to flinch with moves that usually dont have a chance to flinch.

Like Norex mentioned, the Skuntank must have had the Stench ability, which quoting from https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Stench_(Ability):

Quote

Stench has a 10% chance of making the target flinch when hit by a damaging move used by the Pokémon with this Ability. Stench does not stack with King's Rock or Razor Fang, nor does it stack with moves that already have a chance to flinch.
