Natural Site: Sassy/Relaxed for Tangela and Ferroseed

Historical Site: Adamant/Jolly for Heracross, Riolu, Croagunk, Hawlucha, Scraggy, Machop

Feral Site: Naive for Deino and Absol, Jolly/Adamant for Pawniard, Growlith, Darumaka, Absol and Cubone

Haunted Site: Timid for Rotom, Gastly and Misdreavus, Bold for Rotom, Sableye and Yamask

Mineral Site: Jolly for Beldum, Drillbur, Larvitar

Glactial Site: Jolly/Adamant for Shellder, Sneasel, Corpish and Swinub

Wondrous Site: Bold for Porygon, Clefairy and Flabebe

Briny Site: Adamant for Mudkip and Carvanha, Bold for Alomomola, Slowpoke and Feebas

Draconic Site: Modest for Horsea, Skrelp and Goomy

 

These are just my personal preferences, there are some other things you could synch too. Also keep in mind that some spawns are only available once you got enough points.
