Hello,

 

I completed the gengarite quest, received my gengarite and then the server proceeded to crash. I now do not have my mega stone and I it forced me to go back to Umbra to fight him again, except now when I go to gather my pokemon they do not exist.

 

EDIT: I am also stuck on the Nightmare battlefield as I cannot collect my pokemon to battle Umbra as they do not exist cause of server crash, I cannot retreat because I am stuck unable to fight Umbra and, I cannot get back to a pokecenter as I do not have any escape ropes on me.

Okay since you didnt get any help yet, I will try even though I most likely wont be that much of a help.

 

I am sure you already tried that but what happens if you talk to one of the statue NPCs and click "Surrender"?

Honestly you replying to my problem before any kind of moderator or CC is both awesome and annoying you'd think someone not being able to play the game AT ALL would be a top priority to fix.

 

As for your suggestion thank you but the statues tell me my final battle still lies ahead aka I need to fight umbra and that's all they will say; as for umbra it is impossible to challenge him without any Pokemon to challenge with. Seriously though your help is very appreciated.

I guess you are unable to send or receive a friendly battle request too?
