The way fishing works puts me to sleep. Having completed Kanto, Johto and Sevii Isles, I can say with certainty that it's by far the worst part of the game!!! Instead of that stupid mechanic, you can add a quick minigame instead of this endless fail, fail, fail, fail.... If pokemon planet did 1 thing right, that's fishing. Do something better yourselves, but THIS IS STUPID AH!!!

Fishing is definitely frustrating, boring and needs a rework but right now we have other priorities.  Definitely something for the future.

are there any other mechanics you're working on? or you're focused on the new regions? Keep in mind I've only been to 2 regions so far

We do work on new regions but that's mainly Content Staffs (Mapper, Scripters, Artists) work. Developer only provide needed tools and map music for new regions.
