So I completed dark real quest without getting the Cubone cause well, it's useless as well as the Rattata for all I care u just need Arcanine and clefa to complete it.

So I get into the Gengar quest and lo and behold, I don't have a marowak.

Am I forced to waste another 2 hours leveling a cleffa with 35 lvl golbats  now after 3 days in order to do the hard mode or what? I also don't see how and why the way of completing one quest should affect the other. I can provide picture proof later if needed.

What do I do?

I am afraid you have to indeed re-do the quest and recruit all the missing pokemon as you will need them for the Gengarite quest and the hardmode of that quest to get the IV locked reroll.

To get back into the Dark Realm you have to respawn Alucard in his Castle on the third floor, by defeating the Horon boss in the Dark Valley (north of Necropolis).
Make sure to not let any pokemon of you faint while battling Horon. If you didnt get the Rapidash Mount from Horon yet, you will get rewarded with the mount on beating Horon. You have to wait 3 days for Horon to respawn after that. If you beat him again, Alucard will respawn.
Defeat Alucard with a pokemon that has the move Miracle Eye on your party and you will find yourself on Dark Realm again.

but what if i already caught dark rai .

Its pretty much the same process as explained in my last message.

so we have to beat him twice.... finally i see.

 

but the second time we should keep all our poke alive or is pointless to get alucard back?

You have to beat Horon without letting one of your pokemon faint or it wont work.
