So i lost at the 7th stage , and the guard told me u have to one day . but than i went out and took  my reward . Did i trigger than the 4day cooldown .
So if i dont take the reward i can rebattle tomorow ?

And maybe someone has some tip what works best against this insane gengar lvl 120  - he critted me 4x and nothing works on  him ( flash electro impulse , nothing )

Also if u are in battle tower , can u go out and switch ur pokes or no ? cause i use boss team , and sometimes need switch for this gengar to spatk debuffer lol

The cooldown of battle tower is always 4 days, regardless if you win or lose, as far as I know.

A choice scarfed destiny bond Gengar should be able to deal with the level 120 Gengar.

Regarding your last question, no you cannot switch your team. You have to use the same 6 pokemon for the whole battle tower.
