I need help regarding a re-roll ticket bug.

I'm in the silver server.

My user name is Schoi.

I talked to the NPC Psychic Marina in Vermilion and used an IV re-roll ticket on my Latios and I got 31 speed.

I don't remember other stats but they were very low (like 0~9?)

However, I think there was a bug and the new the IV stats were not saved.

Right now, my Latios has previous IV stats (stats before I used rr ticket).

I'm not lying (you can check the server data), and I'm really sad because 31 speed was not saved.

Please check the data and restore my Latios' new IV.
