How about shortening pvp season 

 

2 weeks for each season and  1/2 pvp prize ?

    I like this idea because it could be worth a try to introduce two queues (OU and UU like its currently discussed) under the right circumstances.

    The season length could be reduced to 2 weeks instead of one month to make PvP more active in general as people would need to PvP earlier to secure a spot on top 25. Rewards could be handled differently like split in half for each queue as well or even extra rewards if you are top 25 in both queues.

    It would require some work and planning but in my opinion it could be worth a try to either just shorten the season length or even introduce another queue along-side that change if handled correctly.
