how is the Absol that the npc accepts in the Mega Absol quest?

Can only talk from personal experience with my own Absol quests and from the ones I have seen but it seems like the ATK and SPD IVs have to be 22+

Maybe there is a total IV requirement additionally to that as well.

And nature?

Nature doesnt matter from my experience. I have seen Jolly, Relaxed, Sassy, Adamant, so I dont think you need a certain nature for that quest.

Need Lv 100, your Ot and Ability correct?

 

Doesnt need Level 100 and ability doesnt matter either from what I have seen. It has to be your OT though yes.
