The new update makes the game crash for me. After few minutes of playing it takes me back to the login screen.i lost 45k yesterday on moon because the game crashed while I encountered a Pokemon. I did not report yesterday because I thought the problem was with my internet and lots of player coming together in one place but my game is crashing even now. I checked my internet and wasn't near any other players.

If you are using Android I recommend trying these:

1. Force stop the app:

- The easiest way to fix an app that keeps crashing on your Android smartphone is to simply force stop it and open it again.

 

2. Restart the device

 

3. Reinstall the app

 

4. Check app permissions

- Make sure to allow all permissions

 

5. Keep the app updated

 

6. Clear cache

 

7. Free up storage space

 

If you are using PC I recommend trying these:

1. Reinstall the game

 

2. Restart your PC and try again

 

3. Update your video drivers

 

4. Disable antivirus and other extraneous software

 

5. Start unplugging stuff

 

6. Try running the game client in admin mode

 

7. Make sure the game is installed correctly
