According to Smogon, Lycanroc can't learn Fire punch... But Lycanroc midnight can. 

 

I tried teaching my Midnight doggo the Move but it doesn't... Solve these quick pls 😕

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Lycanroc-Midnight currently has no learnset, meaning it cannot learn new moves, either leveling up, egg move or tutor move. The Developers have been informed of this issue, please be patient.

Quick update, was incorrect when I said it didn't have a learnset, the issue is that Midnight's learnset is the same as Midday's, which is why it can learn Accelerock (when it shouldn't as mentioned by @MiracleBoy) and can't learn moves like Fire Punch through the Tutor. The Developers are aware of what must be changed, appreciate your patience.
