Heatherr Posted December 27, 2020 Share Posted December 27, 2020 Hi there. I just merged from red to silver this morning. When I logged in the money merged with me but all my Pokémon were gone. I went all the way back to Prof. Oak to see if maybe I needed to start over and grab a Pokemon and now I'm stuck in Oak's lab with him. He wont say anything when I talk to him and when I try to leave he will say he wants to talk to me. As seen in the screenshots I have no Pokemon. Yet, the money and playtime merged over with me. Your account had been wiped during a red server wipe because it had been inactive for over a year and had less than 10 hours in playtime (3 hours in your case). This specific wipe was done in order to ensure the server stability. Unfortunately because it was wiped we cannot restore the data. We would offer an account reset for such issues, but I've seen that you restarted your adventure on Silver by transferring servers. In that case, do you still require help for this case or for anything else ? Looking forward to your answer, have a splendid day! I found out that when I merged over from the old servers, I had not only an account on silver but one on gold as well. My account on gold had made more progress so I went ahead and merged that one over to silver for me to play on. I won't be needing anymore assistance for now. If you ever feel the need to play on your gold character (which is not possible right now due to you missing pokemons) you can simply make a thread here again and we'll correct the issue so that you can restart properly.
