Hello guys. I just started the game. I chose the dress, hair, skin tone and eyes for my avatar. But when the game started I had nothing which I chose for my avatar. I had no clothes, hair and also the skin tone was wrong. Please solve my issue. Thank you

This is issue should be fixed in the newest version of the game. Try to delete all the files and download it again and see if that fixes your issue.

Thank you for your advice. I did everything you said. But there was no improvement. Moreover, now whenever i start the game, Pro. Oak come with a conversation. It is happening every time I log in. Then the game tell me chose my avatar. Whatever I choose, when the game starts, I have nothing. This thing is happening every time. But the game does not reset every time, it just starts from where I left it. Please help me solve this problem. It is becoming hard playing this game with this issue this big.

What device are you redownloading the client on? This issue is normally solved by redownloading all files after deleting them, as Norex mentioned above.
Could you give us more information?

When you boot up your Android PRO Client, in the Logging Screen, tap the bottom right corner of your screen, where it says "Options". Then, tap on "Open Console"

 

There, write: clean reg

 

After you do so, press the Enter key in your Android Keyboard.
