1. Go to goldenrod city.

2. Enter Goldenrod City house 2.

3. Once in , talk with Ranger Dave he will ask you to show him a strong ursaring.

4. Ursaring needs to be 150+ IVs and must have to be your OT.

5. After you are done with hunting , show him your ursaring and enjoy your reward.

After you show him your ursaring he will reward you 1 × Teddiursa hat and will disappear from there.
