Hello staffs, 

 I buyed male glasses 4 from pvp coin shop and didn't got. it showed that i have used my coins but when I opened my bag there wasnt the item that i buyed so i pls request u to solve this.

I really purchased the items I m sure. I think the date is wrong it should be sunday or another day but i have purchased it.

As stated before, there are no registered purchases on the PvP or PvE shops from the account Prehaxx. Furthermore, Male Glasses 4 are not available in the PvP shop.

Are you sure this is the item you purchased and shop you purchased it from?
