So our conclusion is that you rolled the same IVs as before. It is an extremely low chance, but it can happen. If you have more questions or information regarding this, please let me know. To further explain the issue: the reason it appears that way is because the previous system would save the accepted IVs twice. So, once you used the reroll, after the implementation of the new system, the two saved rerolls were displayed. It is not a bug, just the way the old system worked.
