My apologies for the inconvenience, the issue regarding Reborn wrongly displaying some cooldowns (And Showing multiple entries) is already known by our developers but there is not estimated time on whenever it might be fixed. The best way to get the accurate cooldowns right now is by using the cooldown checker, as you may know. 

 

Although this is probably not the response you hoped, I hope that your concerns were at least answered.
