Error trying to download the new PRO version on MAC

Hello support team! 

 

I have dowloaded the new PRO version but I keep getting this message when I try to open it :"“PROClient 2” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash".

I can't open it even if I override from finder, control click and then open.
Can someone help me?

I Have the same problem under Big Sure 11.1 with yesterday update 

 

were working fine with last update 

Open your Terminal and type: sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine /Applications/PROClient.app - It should be fixed then

I tried that and this works for me  thnx man great help, now I can open it ^

This is a known issue, and is being investigated by Eaty. I use a Mac also and we have been testing this from our side to see if we can find a long term solution.
 

@DaRedAurel - you are correct that this works as a short term solution, when the ProClient is moved to the Applications folder, however when modifying extended attributes with xattr, I would urge you and other users to practice caution and to do so at your own risk.
