It's partyly your responsibility for the trade, as you stated for the winner that you can transfer to silver. What's your problem? Do we need for staff to get involved?

My friend "yue" he got a trouble when he trans silver to gold (lost data). and all i know is: he must wait 2 week to fix again

I CAN'T EVEN LOGIN TO THE GOLD SERVER IN MY CLIENT
