I had a magicarp lvl 8 or 9 and dragon rage move learned by the magicarp seller. When I logged in again my magicarp was reset and the dragon rage move was gone.. When i logged in again the move was lost as well as the lvl... if possible i dont need the level but can u give me back the move draogn rage?? Our conclusion is that a server crash happened and your move and levels were lost to it. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to assist you further.
