Pre Requirements: acces to Sinnho and have the 7th badge to use Rock Climb. Getting the sacles Step1 Go to Aphrodia Island "Love Letter Delivery service" house. Spoiler Step2 You need to talk with the man inside the house and he will ask you to get a Heart Scale to make a letter. Spoiler Step3 Go outside and walk to the East and talk with Fisherman Ross and he will ask you a Luvdisc with 90IVs or above in exchane for one scale (the luvdisc need to have your OT). Spoiler Step4 Go to the lake that is in the South and catch a Luvdisc with 90IVs or above. Spoiler Step5 Deliver the luvdisc to the Fisherman, and repeat Step4 and Step5 until you get 10 scales. Step6 Go to with the letterman and deliver the 10 scales, he will give you one letter at a time. Traveling to Sinnho Pre Requirements: A pokemon with Rock Climb. A pokemon with Cut. A pokemon with Rock Smash. A pokemon with Surf. Spoiler You can get Rock Climb from a HM Teacher in Route 207 and it will cost $15,000. For every letter the letterman is going to give you a hint. This means that we are going to recieve one letter from Delivery man, so I recommend to leave the save on the Pokemon Center to make a quick return. You can Travel from Canalave City to Aphrodia Island with Sailor Jenny. Spoiler Below are the images for the NPC with the map locations. Sendoff Spring Spoiler Mt. Coronet Summit Spoiler Eterna Forest Spoiler Hearthome City Spoiler Pal Park The guy we are looking for is in the south. Spoiler Celestic Town Spoiler Flaroma Meadows This is a tricky one, you should enter to Flaroma from North (surfing in Route 205 and then entering from Fuego Ironworks). Spoiler Spoiler Route 217 The NPC that we are looking doesn't have a name! Spoiler Solaceon City Spoiler Lake Verity Just surf to the left. Spoiler Go with Delivery man and recieve your powerful Bow! To give a small correction: Its not required to be Sinnoh Champion because the poems you get are for the region you last unlocked from what I know.
