Exotyc Posted March 7, 2021 Share Posted March 7, 2021 I've received an answer from a content scripter: You need to play Quack Jack to try to win casino coins, and in order to play Quack Jack you need to spend the Casino Chips that you bought for 250k. Although, the dialogue for the chip seller was wrong.
