Would it be possible to reset the counter for Prehax so that I can face it again without waiting

Unfortunately, we will have to deny your request.

As we have announced several times, the server is experiencing connection issues and we do not recommend doing anything that could be lost to a crash. Furthermore, it would be unfair to previous users whose requests were denied.

It is a very unfortunate situation, but please try to understand.
