Even when i did the ff.: 1. Change password 2. Re-install the client 3.waited for 10 hrs I also Installed in other device. And also am able to join gold I also havent had any infraction or bans But when i made a new account from another email I seemed to be able to join. It looks like you've only tried to reset your password before transferring to silver. Could you try to reset it on the dashboard or using this link ?
