Desumi Posted March 21, 2021 Share Posted March 21, 2021 (edited) Hey there @starboy101 Vulcan Island is an exclusive event Island that is part of the Summer Event, which takes place between June and August each year. Therefore, its opening hours are limited to between June and August and not available for the rest of the year. Once its open a Sailor can be found in Vermilion City, Olivine City, Slateport City and Canalave City near the docks, which transports the player there. You can read more about Vulcan Island here.
