Hi PRO Staff,

 

Today while battling Ash in Viridian Forest the servers crashed causing me to forfeit the battle. 

 

In the (Ashes Cap Guide) on PRO it says it does not matter if you win or lose, if you have Pikachu as starter you can see him on Route 9. 

 

My issue is Ash has a 160+ hour cooldown. I went ahead and pressed forward until encountering Ash on Route 9, he told me I needed to see him and his pal Pikachu in viridian forest.

 

I was just curious if the cooldown could be reset on Ash or if I will have to wait 160+ hours...

Hi there, I've received a response from content scripters. Seeing as the entire quest, is still in the old coding language (Xanascript) we unfortunately cannot reset the NPC cooldown. You will have to wait for the normal 7 days cooldown to battle Ash again. 

 

Though this might not the response you expected, please try to understand.
