What was you doing before and after you noticed the Macho Braces missing?
By which method did you obtain the Macho Braces?
Was a Pokémon holding them or were they in your inventory?
If a Pokémon was holding it, which Pokémon was it?
Was there any server crash that happened around the time you noticed the Macho Braces missing?

These are just some questions that can help us understand the situation. If you can think of anything else that may help, please share it.
