Game start issue

Featured Replies

Hi,

I'm using a low end 32-bit pc. Apparently the game opens to a white screen and stays like that until I close. I tried to find a system requirements thread but couldn't. Can someone help me find out if this can be fixed?

Hey there!

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.

The issue seem to appear due to the newest Unity version and old hardware from the user.

To fix it, create a shortcut for the PROclient.exe file by right clicking the application and select "create shortcut".
After this, right click the shortcut and add the parameters -force-glcore into the Target as in the screenshot shown below.
Make sure to add a space between .exe and -force.

Still have the same issue. Created a shortcut and changed target like u said, and ran as admin in compatible settings. The device drivers are up to date and so is Windows. Could it be a RAM problem? It only has 1gb

The requirements for PC are:

Operating Systems: Windows Vista+, Mac OS X 10.7+, Ubuntu 10.10+.

Graphics Card: DX9 (shader model 2.0) capabilities; generally everything made since 2004 should work.

CPU Speed: 2Ghz+ Processor recommended.

Ram: 2GB+ recommended.

Additionally, please try -force-d3d11 or -force-opengl instead of -force-glcore and send a screenshot down below.
