Roar goes last even while trick room is active

As I have just started playing PvP I encounter many truck room user , and roar is a way to counter them as roar goes last it is supposed to hit first

My garchomp is equipped with a roar but it goes last after taking a hit !

Isn't that supposed to go first ?

Or sorry if my knowledge is wrong .

Roar has a negative priority so it will always go last disregarding the speed of a pokemon or trick room.

Trick Room just makes the slower pokemon move first but does not change priority of moves like Roar, Quick Attack, Extreme Speed etc.

As Norex mentioned above, Trick Room only inverts the order on which pokemon attack based on their Speed Stat. It does not affect moves with increased or decreased priority.

As this issue has been resolved and tested thoroughly, I'll be locking this thread.
