Hello, I am Shadowing (Ingame) and lately for the past 2-4 months now, digs have been disabled and not working. I do not really understand why it was disabled in the first place, and I also want to know why it is not back. It is very unusual for PRO staff to delay something so important as digs to players for this long. I am running out of money and RC and it is hell just getting 100k only to spend it on RC because I'm afraid RC prices will soon shoot up to 20k per 1, due to how scarce it is. And its not as if RC can be obtained so easily like berries (I understand the point of them being rare though), but digs was my main ways of getting RC and now that's gone and most bosses do not guarantee a RC. So pls any advice on how to get RC more effectively?

To answer your question, there is no ETA for when Dig spots, Excavation sites, and Headbutts will return. They were disabled due to their connection to, and causation of, some server crashes.

We understand the frustration of not being able to do the digs, since it is a large source of money and items. But, unfortunately, we can do nothing but wait until the issue they cause is fixed.

 

However, there are other methods to obtaining Rare Candy. I will list a few below.

• Pokéstops
• Bosses
• Respawnable item balls found throughout the regions
• Solaceon quest day 4 reward

There are other more niche ways of getting Rare Candy, but these are the most popular ways.
