Hi there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Your account Cannibalrising is on the gold server. Unfortunately, mails are not connected between the two servers. You have to transfer your account to Silver from the Dashboard in order to get the items. You had to transfer Cannibalrising to Silver to retrieve your items there. But you transferred the wrong account. Unfortunately, you have to wait 1 month in order to transfer both accounts to Silver again for free where the items are in the mail box.
