While I'm at battle to Heatran at Stark Mountain game crashed at when I logged in after 2 or 3 mins it's gone. Is there anyway he can comeback. I just don't to waste 2 days faming magikarp and Pok Dollars of Transportation fees.

I'm like 99% sure that means you lost the battle, to get another chance at catching it you'll have to defeat Nikola boss in Trainers Valley

Unfortunately, this means you have lost your chance at catching Heatran. 

However, you can earn another chance by defeating Nikola. After defeating Nikola, Heatran will respawn in the same place where you initially fought it.
