hi there, i really wanna use this pokemon but i dont understand why he doesnt learn block, can you help me. the fact that he is not learning is absurd. im waiting for your return.

Block is not banned in Ranked pvp as well.

As Iceflake mentioned, only Lickilicky is able to learn Block via tutor. Such a tutor has not been added into PRO yet, so Lickilicky cannot learn Block at this time.

 

You can make a suggestion for a move tutor for Block to be added.
