@BluLotus Care when you bid - you did not have 600k in your account at the time of making the bid, which is necessary as explained in the Auction Rules:

Your offer won't be invalidated since you have the money now, but this is a warning to only bid what you own. 

 

By not mentioning Accepted Payments, which aren't mandatory, it's implied the auctioneer is only accepting Pokedollars. You can question the auctioneer to see if he accepts items as payment, in which it needs to be added before the auction begins. Since it was already started, only Pokedollars will be accepted. Good luck.
