I didn't understand the new double reroll service

i thought when i gave 1.2m to npc it would give me two rerolls for me to use on my legendary one, i didn't understand that i have to spend 1.2m to have double rerolls, and i ended up losing 1.2m, it was all i had, i need back because i don't have any reroll
