Justphantom Posted June 9, 2021 Share Posted June 9, 2021 I beat the Rustboro gym leader but there isn't the old man outside of the gym that requested me to save someone in the cave. There is not only nobody in the cave but neither was there anyone outside of the cave. I saved the Devan (forgot other kids) already but can't seem to progress. Mr. Stone now asks you to deliver a letter to his son, Steven. To progress with the story, you should return to Route 104 and interact with the sailor in his house.
