I tried to test my altaria ability cloune nine. when switch to rain weather, but weather still. i tried to use psyduck, and the weather disappear. Help me pls.

The ability Cloud Nine simply negates the effects of weather. It will not remove the weather itself. For example: under rain, the ability Swift Swim, which normally doubles speed under rain, will have no effect. But the rain itself will still be there.
