Epithet Posted June 19, 2021 Share Posted June 19, 2021 Hello @Dnler. The ability Cloud Nine simply negates the effects of weather. It will not remove the weather itself. For example: under rain, the ability Swift Swim, which normally doubles speed under rain, will have no effect. But the rain itself will still be there.
