Epithet Posted June 24, 2021 Share Posted June 24, 2021 Hello @Olker. Nikola does not give the option to respawn any of the Forces of Nature(Landorus, Thundurus, Tornadus). Rather, you must speak with Jirachi in Mauville City House 1. Jirachi will then give you the option to return to Tornadus' area again and you should be able to catch it.
