unfair for me to expect the level of service I receive from other gaming sites/companies compared to a community run game. I will just take another L go ahead and close my threads.

I had forwarded the issue to the management team yesterday.
The reason you didn't get an answer yet is because it's been discussed how refunds will be handled in the future.

We have been getting a lot of refund requests as of late.

@Exotyc Thanks for letting me know but dont worry about my refund. 99% sure a refund wasnt coming anyways, especially now that you guys have a ton lined up.
