Apologies for the delay.

 

I have attempted to buy Ultra Balls from the Pokemart in Vermilion City and everything went by as it was supposed to. I was charged the correct amount of pokedollars and given the correct amount of items. Additionally, it is not possible to buy 10 Ultra balls with 1,600 pokedollars, since just 1 Ultra Ball costs 1,200. 

We will need more information from you to find out if there is an actual problem.
