Epithet Posted July 12, 2021 Share Posted July 12, 2021 Hello @mariorguezz. Apologies for late response. It looks like you did in fact begin the Heatran quest and did not finish it. When someone begins the Heatran quest, the Buck NPC will take any Rare Candy and Master Balls that you had. Once the quest has been completed, speaking to Buck again will give back your items. According to our database, Buck took exactly 11 Rare Candy from you. So, you must finish the Heatran quest to be able to retrieve your Rare Candy. Here is a guide if you need it.
