Have you spoken with the shiny Bidoof located in every port in all region?

i have talk to the lord bidoof in canalave city and he gives me the 2 IV look reroll 2 mysterious tickets and 2 iv reroll but not free safari. till now i send 2 times money for the 24h pass 

ive done both wq in silver and im still in silver.

Did you have a disconnect or logged out when you talked to the Bidoof the first time and then was asked to use one of the locked IV reroll tickets?

no. first i dont saw the bidoof then i reloggt and after tghe relog i saw him and talk to him.

I'm letting you know that I've forwarded a request to add your money back that you have spent for the safari pass.

Since the issue couldn't be solved due to your variables being broken because of buying the pass before talking to the shiny Bidoof.
